Asheville Profits obtains clients through referrals. Consulting clients are established businesses with issues that they want solved. The business should have at least 5 employees or contractors. Further, the client owner/manager must be ready, with Gwen’s help, to analyze problems and make changes. While not attempting to limit the issues to be addressed, Asheville Profits will assist in solving:
Process issues – Why am I spending all of my time putting out fires? Why do we spend so much time redoing tasks or fixing errors?
Revenue shortfalls – Do we have too much in fixed costs relative to our revenue? Our customer base is decreasing, how do we address that? Are our rates too high/too low?
Cost overruns – Do you need to be spending $____ on ______ expense category? Should we be incurring $___ for this service and product?
Cash Flow Shortfalls – Our receivables aren’t collected on a timely basis, how can we speed that up without alienating customers? We have a lot of money tied up in inventory, should we and how do we reduce inventory? Are we spending too much on capital?
Strategic Questions – Should we enter into this new line of product? Should we expand our footprint? Should we hire more employees?
